Kralc Investment Group founds and runs seven businesses across corporate housing, interior design, media production, logistics, advisory, and defense technology — under one operating standard and one point of accountability.
Every company under Kralc was founded here — not acquired and managed at arm's length. Brand, go-to-market, staffing, and delivery are built in-house, which is why a contract that touches four of our sectors still has one owner answering for it.
That structure was designed for procurement. Public agencies rarely need one service in isolation; they need housing, build-out, logistics, and advisory to arrive coordinated. Kralc is the coordination layer.
A single contract owner across housing, design, logistics, media, advisory, and defense R&D — no subcontractor telephone game.
8(a), DBE, and MBE certified, with direct experience navigating federal, state, and municipal award processes.
Founder-run entities with direct P&L ownership. Decisions get made in the room rather than routed through a management layer.
Each entity runs autonomously and can be contracted on its own — or combined into a single scope of work. Select any row for detail.
Brandon Clark founds and runs every company under the Kralc banner. Originally from Miami, he moved to Atlanta to build his legacy and has spent the years since working across entertainment publicity, interior design, national real estate, logistics, and defense technology — with production credits alongside TVOne, WE tv, Bravo, and VH1, and design work informed by luxury brands including Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, West Elm, and Lacoste.
The method holds across all of it: build the product, own the go-to-market, and move without waiting for permission. As a certified 8(a), DBE, and MBE principal and a 2026 candidate for Fulton County Commissioner, District 3, he applies the same discipline to procurement, municipal partnership, and community development.
Across all companies, Kralc Investment Group has been awarded over $50 million in government contracts, funding, grants, and return on investment — a combined track record built across housing, interior build-out, logistics, media production, advisory, and defense R&D.
Kralc consolidates services that agencies normally have to source separately. One certified vendor covers temporary housing, interior build-out, freight and asset transport, event and media production, and management advisory — reducing the number of awards, points of contact, and compliance reviews a program office has to manage.
